"How much is the deposit, How does it work?"

The deposit for any booking is $500 upfront, it is non-refundable. Please note, we can not hold any bus or booking without a deposit.

The deposit acts as a bond, which is separate to the booking price, that is returned to you after your trip providing there is no damage, excessive cleaning needed or illegal activity such as items being thrown out of windows. (Please refer to the bond section of our T&Cs for full conditions of bond).

" What do your buses come with?"

At Diamond Party Bus Newcastle, our party buses come equipped with party lights/lasers, an onboard chiller packed with ice, surround sound speaker systems, a dancefloor, and a personal chauffeur for 6 hours. Some of our buses also have poles, please enquire for availability.

" How do I book?"

You will first need to contact us through phone, e-mail, Facebook, or via the contact form below, to get a customized quote for your trip. Instructions on how to proceed with your booking will be detailed in your official quote message.

" When is full payment due?"

Your full, quoted payment is due no later than 48 hours before your scheduled trip unless otherwise organized with us. Please note, that your deposit does not come off your full booking amount. Your deposit acts as a bond and will be returned to you after your trip (Please refer to the bond section of our T&Cs for more information about how your bond works).

" What happens if I cancel my booking?"

A $500 non-refundable deposit is taken to hold every booking. The reason your deposit is non-refundable is that, it is holding your bus, therefore we will be turning away possible customers as the spot is filled. For this reason, if you cancel, you will be surrendering your deposit money. To cancel your booking we ask for an official cancellation in writing from you, which must be confirmed by a member of our admin team.

" How long do I have the bus?"

Our standard time is a 6-hour block, this is our minimum amount of time. You may request more time, each additional hour is billed at $200 per hour. This is subject to availability and is best to be requested in advance so we can be sure we can cater to your group's needs.
